Big Changes along the coast of the Northern Outerbanks - These older homes all across Soutern Shores to Corolla, North Carolina have been staring at the ocean for quite a few years and it’s now time for ‘Big Changes’.

The owner of this home contacted us and asked if we could design additions for her home that would add bathrooms and increase bedroom, kitchen, game room, dining room and living room sizes, plus a garage and extra storage space. Along with increasing the size of the home,some amenities were to be added as well. Such as a sunroom, swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor showers to complete the package.

Another house we had the opportunity to work on, located in Sanderling, NC now features a whole new addition on the east side, including an entire remodel inside and out. As you see in the photos below we were able to turn that old home into a greater new home.

This house located in the right in the center of Duck, NC was asking for a major addition. Two master bedrooms, three bathrooms, elevater, screened porch and outdoor showers. Along with some excellent remodeling to match the old with the new.
